This place has an excellent selection of shoes for kids. The staff is extremely helpful and great with my kids. The prices are a little on the high side, but the shoes are great quality (Stride Rite, Saucony, etc.). We love having a place nearby to buy great shoes for our children.

They have the best selection of shoes for kids and really good service. They have good hair accessories for girls too.

They are my favorite shoe store in charlotte.

Shoe-In is great! They are very knowledgeable and helpful. And very patient – even with picky preschoolers.

The customer service is top-notch. I have known them to replace shoes, no questions asked, even when the mom was just asking for repair advice.

They also give generously to local groups – always donating gift certificates to school fundraisers and community events.

This team really goes beyond! I have a back and hip problem and was having a terrible time finding shoes that were comfortable all day long. They were so patient and really took the time to help me find the solution. After several attempts I took their suggestion on a pair and was happy I listened. Worth every penny spent. You don’t find stores and owners and employees like this very often.

Also like the first review, I too found the staff wonderful with kids. My son has wide feet and they have one of the best selections of kids wide shoes.

The Shoe In is the only place to go for children’s shoes. The service and fit conmpare to nothing I have ever experienced. I was overcome by the courtesy shown my children.
