Shoe-In is great! They are very knowledgeable and helpful. And very patient – even with picky preschoolers.

The customer service is top-notch. I have known them to replace shoes, no questions asked, even when the mom was just asking for repair advice.

They also give generously to local groups – always donating gift certificates to school fundraisers and community events.
